VAT registration number: GB 512245235. References to "Toy Chest", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean VV LTD.

These terms govern your use of toychest.co.uk and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of dispatch.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act, goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality.

Toy Safety

All toys meet UK toy-safety requirements (CE/UKCA marking and age warnings). Please observe age guidance and choking-hazard warnings on packaging.
