How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched the same working day when placed before 2pm, and arrive within 2–4 working days anywhere in mainland UK. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel ships.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is FREE on orders over £30. Below that, the delivery cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a toy if I change my mind?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return any unused toy in its original packaging for a full refund. Just contact us with your order number and we will sort it.
What if a toy arrives damaged or faulty?
We will put it right straight away — a replacement or full refund, your choice. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act and our 30-day guarantee.
Are your toys genuine branded products?
Absolutely. Every toy we sell is a genuine product from brands like LEGO, Barbie, Pokémon, Playmobil and Hot Wheels, with CE/UKCA safety marking.
Are your toys safe for young children?
All our toys meet UK toy-safety standards. Please always check the age guidance and any choking-hazard warnings shown on each product page and on the packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed through a secure encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I track my order?
Yes — as soon as your order ships you will get an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel to your door.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us as fast as you can and we will change or cancel it. Once shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day returns policy.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
