Making A Purchase
We accept debit/credit card payment (VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, DELTA, AMERICAN EXPRESS) .In the unusual situation that we do not have an item in stock, we will email you to allow you the option to cancel your order. The sale is deemed to have taken place in the UK and your consumer statutary rights are not affected.

Shipping And Handling
Reluctantly we have changed our carriage tariff to take into account price increases by the carriers. Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally delivered within a week. A signature is needed upon receipt of goods (we can deliver to a work address if you are not going to be at home). Please CHECK the number of items you receive and check for any damage. We can't accept any claims for missing items or damaged goods if the recipient has signed to say that all the items have been received in good order. If the customer agrees to accept the goods without a signature (eg instructs to leave in front porch) then we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items.

Back Orders
Although we try to keep everything in stock, items are occasionally out of stock. If you would prefer not to wait, let us know and we will cancel your order and refund your money.

Tax Charges
We are a small company and are not registered for VAT. There is no VAT payable!

At the check out you are passed to a secure server run by WorldPay, and you will see the padlock sign on your browser. At the end of the transaction you will be returned to our site.

Guarantee
All our products are EC marked. Any item sold within the European Union should bear this mark. It shows that the item meets the safety standards that are required by European and British law. Any guarantee given by the manufacturer is in addition to your statutory rights, which are unaffected. Pleasse contact me for guarantee information on particular products.

Returns Policy
Refunds will be given on faulty goods. Please contact us straight away with details.Returns: Unless an item is faulty the customer will need to pay for the items to be returned. Items need to be in the original packaging and unused.
